After 18 years of experience, E-Berk accomplished the first domestic TBM production in May, 2017 established with the investment of 30 Million Euro. In 2018, Our factory has expanded its capacity to manufacture 12 TBMs annually. Now, it is possible to manufacture all kinds of TBMs according to the ground conditions such as; Earth Pressure Balanced, Slurry Type, Single and Double Shielded from the diameter of 3 meters up to 15 meters.

E-3301 TBM
E-Berk has a Research and Development (R&D) Center to design and manufacture of complete TBM Systems. The center’s studies have resulted in a domestic product developed and manufactured the TBM named E-3301 in 2017. E-3301 is the first TBM of Turkey and it has been in use successfully since May 2017 in Ergene Deep Discharge Waste Water Transmission Tunnel Project of Turkey. E-3301 TBM has CE markings with a diameter of 3250mm. Currently, E-BERK has enlarged its capacity of manufacturing different types and diameters TBM up to 12 per year.
It has been designed exclusively for use in excavations aimed at tunneling operations. Designing and manufacturing of the first TBM and rolling stock had been taken approximately 40 weeks
E-3302 EPB TBM
Another important product of E-Berk, manufactured for Ergene Waste Water Deep Discharge Tunnels Network Project with the support of domestic incentive program of Turkey, is E-3302 TBM has a diameter of 3250 mm and CE certified. Design and production process of this specific TBM took six months from the scratch with a budget of 15.000.000,00₺ including R&D costs.

(MTBM) MICRO TUNNEL BORING MACHINE
EM-2301 MTBM
As part of the Rades 450 mW Combined Cycle Power Plant Coolant Water Transmission Twin Tunnels project, the EM 2301 Model Micro Tunneling Machine (MTBM) has been specially designed by E-Berk engineers for use in excavation purposes. It is also equipped with the equipment that will be required during the excavation of MTBM and was completed in approximately 22 weeks.
E-BERK has also designed an EPB Micro TBM (EM 2301 Micro TBM) with a diameter of 2300 mm to be used in Rades 450 mW Combined Cycle Power Plant Coolant Water Transmission Twin Tunnels in Tunisia. Similar to E-3301, EM 2301 micro TBM is also the first machine manufactured in Turkey in this class.
